The Enhanced Patient Communication Process: What to Expect

The Enhanced Patient Communication Seminar is a 10-hour Seminar, split across two afternoons (one week apart), with an optional six-month follow up program. Both are offered remotely and in-depth engagement is expected from all participants.

Step 1: Enrollment - After your initial registration, you will receive an e-mail confirmation of enrollment within 48 – 72 hours.

Step 2: Online Seminar - Enrollment is limited to eight participants, allowing each healthcare professional the opportunity to identify and work on individual goals. The Seminar includes a behavior style profile, interactive discussions, simulated patient exercises, and a personal Plan of Action to help drive change and improve patient communication.

Step 3: Seminar Completion - After the Seminar, you will receive a post-seminar report with recommendations from the faculty that can be released to a third party at your request.

Step 4: Optional Follow-Up Program - If desired, you can continue to work with the seminar faculty to receive ongoing feedback, coaching, and support.
