Our Services
Skill Building Seminars
Our highly interactive, skill building seminars cover key topics essential to providing high quality care: Medical Recordkeeping, Clinician-Patient Communication, Inter-Professional Communication, Prescribing of Controlled Substances, and Ethics and Boundaries. Most seminars have a longitudinal coaching/follow-up option designed to reinforce concepts taught in the seminars as well as provide individual coaching, support and feedback.
Clinical Competence Assessments and Educational Support Programs
Get an objective look at a healthcare professional’s knowledge, judgement and reasoning and technical skills if applicable to practice with our Assessment Program. In-depth or targeted evaluations designed to evaluate underlying clinical knowledge and skills with accompanying education program tailored to the healthcare professional’s specialty and practice. Provides detailed information about clinical competence (as well as other related competencies) and offers personalized education recommendations to address areas for improvement as well as the concerns of referring organizations.
Educational Support Program: The program is tailored to the participant’s needs including targeted practice-based activities and didactic learning modalities. The program is available with or without participation in a competence assessment based on referring organization
requirements.
Peer to Peer Chart Reviews
Peer to Peer Chart Reviews and Coaching Program (formerly the Practice Monitoring Program): Provides routine chart reviews and longitudinal coaching by a specialty-matched, board certified peer to confirm patient care meets acceptable standards of practice. The program is designed to meet the specific requirements of the referring organization. Routine feedback sessions with the reviewer provide feedback with focus on improving quality of care and documentation.
Re-Entry
Return to Clinical Practice Program: Specifically designed for healthcare professionals who wish to return to practice after a voluntary absence, the program provides a focused skills assessment and a personalized return to practice plan that can help the participant meet their career goals and safely transition into clinical practice.
